If last week saw me eating away in Singapore with plenty of high carb food, this week I’m giving my tummy a break. We went grocery shopping yesterday and even I was amazed at the discpline both me and Azwaj had. No junk and fatty food. Our basket only had vegetables, tofu, fish and meat. So healthy…lol!

Anyway this is what I had for lunch today. “Oven Baked Dory with Salads”.

Oven baked dory with salads and a tinge of thousand island dressing for taste.

Not sure what the menu for dinner will be but it should be equally healthy. I have never felt this healthy before! Now all I need to complete the regime is some exercise and I’m good to go!

Last Saturday, I accompanied Azwaj to his very informal gathering with friends he had not met for over 25years. We suggested to Mustafa Jones Burger and it was a great hit.

Anyway, we found out that one of his friends, Nazura, is a chef. She not only have won numerous cooking contest but also have published a book titled: Citarasa Asli Nazura. As she brought along a few copies, all of us ended buying a copy at RM23 each. It was jam packed with lots of local recipes and I can’t wait to try them!
